Swiss Indoors, Basel Prize Money 2019

The Swiss Indoors is the home tournament of Roger Federer and takes places in October at the St. Jakobshalle arena in Basel.

Coincidentally, Federer is the most successful player in the tournament's history with nine titles which means he's earnt a pretty penny in his hometown over the years.

Should he make it 10 titles in 2019, he'll walk away with €430,125 as champion which is a small 0.55% increase on the paycheque he landed last year. The runner up receives €216,025, a 3% rise on 2018.

While the players who make the business end of things have only seen a slight rise in prize money, it's a different story for players in qualifying with final-round qualifying losers receiving €6,090 which is an 88.8% rise from 2018. First-round losers in qualifying will be equally pleased with €3,045 which is an 83.4% rise year on year.
