Swedish Open, Bastad Prize Money 2021

The Swedish Open. currently known as the Nordea Open due to sponsorship reasons is an ATP Tour 250 tennis tournament held in the picturesque Båstad.

As well as a stunning backdrop for the fans, the tournament won ATP 250 Tournament of the Year for 11 consecutive years from 2002-13 and is hugely popular amongst the players.

As a result, the event attracts high ranked players who are looking to get back onto their favoured clay post-grass-court season.

Along with the chance to bag 250 rankings points, there is plenty of prize money on offer too. For 2021 the total prize money at the Swedish Open is €419,470 which is down -20.0% compared to when the tournament was last held in 2019. It was cancelled in 2020 due to the covid 19 crisis.

The champion in Bastad will take home a cheque for €41,145, this is down -54.48% compared to what Nicolas Jarry received when he won the title in 2019.
