Lyon Open Prize Money 2021

On the ATP tour, the Lyon Open (also known as the Open Parc Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Lyon) takes place on the red clay a week before Roland Garros and is one of five ATP level events held in France.

In previous years, Lyon hosted an indoor hard-court event from 1987-2009, and in 2017 it returned, replacing the Open de Nice Côte d'Azur in the ATP calendar.

For 2021 the prize money on offer at the Open Parc Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Lyon is €419,470, which is down 20% compared to what was on offer in 2019.

The champion at the Open Parc Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Lyon will take home a cheque for €41,145, down 54.5% compared to the amount Benoit Paire received when he lifted the title in 2019.

The runner up sees a similar pay cut with €29,500 in prize money, down -39.6% vs two years ago. On the other hand, losers in qualifying and early-round losers see a small pay rise; for example, main draw first-round losers will receive €5,415, a small 2.5% rise compared to 2019.
